EPITALON (50mg)
Epitalon (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly) is a synthetic tetrapeptide based on epithalamin, a natural polypeptide secreted by the pineal gland. Among the most studied bioregulatory peptides, it has been researched extensively for its telomere-related properties and anti-aging effects. Work by Dr. Vladimir Khavinson and colleagues has documented significant longevity-related observations in both animal models and human studies. This 50mg presentation supports extended research cycles.
Mechanism of Action
• Research indicates activation of telomerase enzyme activity, promoting telomere elongation and slowing replicative cell aging in vitro.
• Studied for normalization of melatonin and cortisol secretion through interaction with pineal gland biology.
• Preclinical studies show reduction of oxidative stress via lipid peroxidation inhibition and antioxidant enzyme stimulation.
• Investigated for modulation of the hypothalamic-pituitary axis and neuroendocrine regulation.
• Research suggests restoration of T-cell function and enhancement of adaptive immune responses.
Research Areas
• Telomere biology and cellular longevity research.
• Circadian rhythm and melatonin regulation studies in aging models.
• Immune system function and neuroendocrine balance research.
• Epigenetic modulation and age-related disease prevention studies.
• Hormonal normalization research including prolactin and cortisol biology.
